Terms and Conditions

All products are custom-built and fabricated specifically for each customer’s order. Due to the custom nature of these units, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the start of unit construction. This deposit secures materials, labor, and production scheduling.
The remaining balance must be paid in full according to the agreed-upon terms prior to delivery or installation, unless otherwise specified in writing.
All products include a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural or mechanical failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, neglect, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or use outside of intended applications.
Any warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection, documentation, or return of the affected components at our discretion.
Liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective product or component, as determined by us. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond what is stated herein.

Return and Refund Policy

All products are custom-built and made specifically to each customer’s order. Because of this, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or compatibility concerns. Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications prior to placing an order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before construction begins. This deposit covers materials, labor, and production costs and will not be refunded for any reason once the order is placed.
Orders cannot be canceled once fabrication or customization has begun.
Refunds will not be issued, in whole or in part, for completed or partially completed custom units.
Warranty coverage is handled separately under our Two (2) Year Limited Warranty, which applies only to structural or mechanical failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims do not qualify as returns or refunds.
